MY OFFICE is located at 1150 5th Street, Suite 280, Coralville, IA in City Center Square above West Bank at the corner of 5th Street & 12th Avenue, in the heart of Coralville's new financial district.

My primary areas of practice are Real Estate, Wills, Probate and Estate Administration and Business Organizations, such as corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.

I practice with my wife, Mary M. Richard who has a more general practice, but after more than 30 years of experience as a K-12 teacher, educational counsellor and most recently as disabilities director at the University of Iowa, Mary now spends most of her time advocating for students in elementary, secondary and post-secondary education related matters.
